Cookie Love is in the Air


We all know first impressions count, which is why we were determined to spread the cookie love on Valentine's Day this year for new client Millie's Cookies – even though the big day fell less than six weeks after we started working with them.

Without even stopping for a chocolate chip cookie, we put Cupid's arrow in our bow and sent it flying to media contacts from Falkirk to Folkestone – not forgetting Fleet Street on the way. It meant by the time the candles were blown out on February 14th we had secured more than 40 short-lead mentions in key titles across the UK including Daily Star, Best and My Weekly, and reached more than 400,000 tweeters with a
carefully targeted drop-off campaign.

What's more, the personalised cookie we sent to Daybreaks' Dan Lobb worked a treat, securing 30 seconds of coverage on ITV's flagship breakfast programme on Millie's biggest day of the year. It's just
the way the cookie crumbles!
